Singaporean has been very much of nature lovers, tend to plant alot of flowers, green plants, some even planted watermelon at the corridor. Well, if it is inside the barrier, think should be fine but some likes to SHOW off... by putting it on the barrier. It is a time bomb to the pedestrians downstairs.. anytime drop.. pow! tht's it.See the pots on top.. it is divided into half at the bottom and i think it solves Singapore's HDB problem. Enterpreneurs, start producing and sell la! haha...
