Am I getting old or what?

My appetite has changed:

  1. Smaller/lesser rice will do
  2. Can do without rice, vermicelli or bee hoon is also good
  3. Eating Multi-grain bread for breakfast
  4. Eats Nature Valley Granola bar for tea time
  5. Exercise more often
  6. Drink decaf drinks
  7. Don't mind eating sandwiches
Am I getting old?
